About Me

Hi! My name is Elisabeth and I’m glad you’re here.

I am passionate about connecting and establishing authentic relationships with my clients. I enjoy helping women who are navigating life transitions and coming alongside them with encouragement, support and tools, so they can feel more grounded in their own strengths and ability to help themselves. I love working with women of all ages and backgrounds, but have a particular interest in working with BIPOC women, particularly African American women.

When I've gone through major life transitions and their associated challenges, I was left feeling overwhelmed, discouraged and crushed by the pressure (of my own making). I felt stuck and didn't know how to move forward. I was uncertain about what healing could look like, how I would ever get there, and how I could manage all the parts of life that are outside of my control.

I have learned that in order to feel better and live in a way that's authentic to me, I need to consistently show up for myself with compassion, grace, and a commitment to work through the challenges. I also need support from others as I continue to grow, since growth is a journey and not a destination. We are all a work in progress!

In the therapeutic space we'll co-create, you are welcome and encouraged to come as you are - in progress. I want to help you feel seen and heard, and discover the power you hold to change your life for the better according to what "better" means to you.

Let's partner together to discover your ability to craft the authentic life you want.
